Candidate, who seeks admission For ANM course, should have passed 10+2 examination, from recognized board.
Candidate should have 40% pass marks in 10+2 examination.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of English.
The age limit for admission is between 17-30 years old.
Candidate shall be medically fit.

Candidate, who seeks admission For GNM course, should have passed 10+2 examination, from recognized board, Physics; Chemistry & Biology subjects are preferred.
Candidate should have ENGLISH SUBJECT in 10 and 12.

Candidate should have 40% pass marks in 10+2 examination.

Candidate, who seeks admission For B.Sc. Nsg. course, should have passed 10+2 examination, from recognized board with subjects of PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY& ENGLISH.
Candidate should have 60% pass marks in 10+2 examination.
The age limit for admission is 17 -35 years old.
Candidate shall be medically fit.
There should be an Entrance exam after submission of APPLICATION FORM.

Passed the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for this purpose. Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission.
Obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council. A male nurse, trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with State Nurses Registration Council, shall produce evidence of training approved by Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration in lieu of midwifery in any one of the following areas:

- Neurological and Neuro-Surgical Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- Cancer Nursing

Application Form is signed by applicant as well as Parent.
The selected applicant must have face interview taken by SELECTION COMMITTEE.
Selection committee should comprise of: ADMINISTRATOR, PRINCIPAL & VICE -PRINCIPAL.
Applicant should come with original academic document & medical fitness certificate.
Each member of selection committee must have satisfied through interview of applicant.
In addition to approval of SELECTION COMMITTEE of college, the admission is also subject of approval of UP STATE MEDICAL FACULTY & NURSING COUNCIL.
